Hi guys!  I KNOW I said I was not going to be doing any long posts for a while….BUT…..but…..there are a couple of things I just HAVE to tell you about!

In just a little over a month America will be celebrating the 85th Academy Awards…and while this may be mostly an American celebration, those of you who love fashion can celebrate it in Second Life!  If you do not already know, SL will be celebrating its’ 4th Annual Oscar Fashion Photo Contest!  It officially started January 10th, but they will be accepting entries all the way through February 24th.  All the details can be found here.  And of course, you will need THE MOST fabulous gown on the grid!  People all over the grid know that PurpleMoon is synonymous with gorgeous gowns.  Here is one of their newer releases, Cao.   Cao comes in 6 beautiful colors with black and pearl being featured in my post.  It has a thick, full ruffle going up the left side of the gown with a satin skirt and train and a lace bodice and gloves with flower accents along the sleeves and neckline.  The back of the dress is lowcut while still modest having lace trim at the bottom.  The headpieces featured in the pics DO NOT come with the dress, however you can find them until Feb.8th at Collabor88.  They are made by Glam affair and are SO gorgeous that I had to have SEVERAL colors of them!

I am proud to be featuring the newest skin line from Akeruka, Giorgia.  The skin line was first debuted at The Dressing Room and was so well received that Agony Helsy  created an entire line for Giorgia featuring 4 skintones and several different makeups.  The one in the pic below is MK4 in Light, Natural Medium and Tan.  Each lightly freckled skintone comes with 4 tattoo lipcolors, a “cold” tattoo, and a Hairbase Tattoo in addition to the regular skin and a cleavage version.  You can also currently get a new limited version of Giorgia at TDR Fusion.
