For those of you who read my “Periwinkle” post, you already know that I pulled out almost everything that I own from Vent du Sud and put it together to use as a backdrop for my pictures. (And if you did not read it and you have never been to Vent Du Sud you REALLY must go. Everything is ONE linden ALL the time….except for her larger builds like cabin and houses and they are 50L.) And since I could see that V was going to be NO help for this post, I was at a loss as to what to do next.

I LOVE to use props for pictures. They kind of tell a story all in themselves and it does not even have to be a BIG prop. Sometimes even the smallest of things can make a difference in the way a picture comes out. SO I was REALLY pleased when I opened a NoteCard that I had gotten this week and saw a prop from a store that is relatively new to me. It is called .:S:. Stance Poses and Props.  And there in the NC was the most PRECIOUS little prop using a leaf as a “bed/chair” for a fairy. And when I saw it I KNEW what “Pink” would be.

I have an outfit that I have taken pictures with several times from Angelwing Fashion. It not only comes with the outfit and wings, but it also come with jewelry and a flower hair piece. And it is really LOVELY. I have several pieces from Angelwing’s that I am really pleased with. And when I need an outfit for a fairy/angel type creature they are the first place to which I go!

The hair I got from a designer that I regret to say is no longer in business. But I am glad I grabbed this hair from her before she left…:/  It is sad to see so many talented creators leave SL for whatever reason.  But I am grateful that they shared their talent and love with us…even if for a little while.

Last week I mentioned one of my favorite skin designers, Style by Kira, and the fact that she often will make a skin and an additional fantasy skin to match. This is the fantasy skin from the one I wore in Periwinkle and it was PERFECT for these shots. It seemed like every Windlight setting I used just made this skin more beautiful. There were times that I thought she looked more like a golden goddess than a fairy. It was truly lovely and I really enjoyed working with it.

If you have read my blog for any length of time, you know that I am a die hard bargain shopper. And I will seldom buy anything over 100L. But some time back I received a Note Card from Caverna Obscura advertising her latest shoes….AND they were on sale. They were a little over my 100L limit….but they were SOOOOO pretty…..little color change flowers woven all over them. And of course they came with a color change HUD for skin and nails too. The detailing on them is BEAUTIFUL and they were well worth every Linden I spent!

Anytime I wear an outfit with roses on it, I will usually automatically pair it up with a set of nail that I got from Logo & Kin. The nails and rhinestones are color change, but in addition, this set has prim roses on each nail that are color change also, giving you endless possibilities.

Lashes were from Ema’s Secret. I have found a couple of pair of her lashes that I really like! (And I am STILL waiting to hear from someone regarding their favorite lashes and where they got them!!!!)

Is anyone else wondering what the difference between it and Tangerine are???? <scratches her head> Anyway….I asked V if he had any ideas for Neon Carrot…and he said “yeah…but they are similar to Pink and involve porn.” !!!! Oh my…..what am I going to do with him? <giggles> Well…I CAN think of a few things…….<lets her mind wander for a bit>
