I AM HOME!!!! I was only gone for a little over 2 weeks, but it seemed like an eternity. It was really good to see family and friends, but I was OH SO ready to come home. One of the things that had to be pushed to the side while I was away was my beloved 52WOCC. I always have so much fun with it and my heart ACHED to not be able to keep up with it, but there were some things that just had to be put on hold while RL took precedence…LOL Don’t you just HATE it when that happens?? I would quickly look thru my emails, plurks and blogs at night before laying my head down and just watch it all pass me by. I was especially bothered by the fact that so many YUMMY colors were coming and going while I was too busy to model, take pics and blog…..SOOOOO these next few colors will be short and sweet….or quick and dirty…depending on how you like it! I will have this one (Asparagus), Eggplant, Periwinkle and Tangerine…to do to catch up. Tangerine is the color that is currently due and V is working on it, so I know it will not take him long to get it together…the other 2 however….well…anyone that knows me knows that being prompt is not one of my better qualities…so I may have to do the other 2 a little out of order…kinda mix them in with the others as time allows. But here is the first of several to come….

::VMC:: is a “new” store for me…meaning that I have just now become aware of its’ existence. They do poses, AO’s and a few other item, like tats, a few shoes, eyes and some brand new skins! But the majority of their store consists of really cute, sexy clothes….AND their clothing items are all 10-20L. So needless to say they are one of my favorite places to shop! I think I pretty much have every item of clothing they offer! This came with the shirt, jeans AND cute little matching ballet slippers. They had MANY items to offer in this color of green, but I loved the casual feel of this outfit and jeans are not something I have worn thus far…so I felt like it was a perfect fit for Asparagus.

This skin is one I have had in my inventory for quite some time, by LuAll Designs.  From what I can tell the designer has joined forces with .::Pure Poison::. BUT I was unable to locate a SLURL for it either…:((  I really hate it when that happens.

I have to admit…this hair is one of MY FAVORITES….at the moment…(hahaha….V can tell you that changes on an almost daily basis!) But I have not seen one that I love this much in a long time. It is perfect for casual looks and could be dressed up for formal looks as well. It has curls in all the right places and the way it drapes down ever so slightly over the left eye, gives you that sexy feeling we all want! It is by Alli and Ali hair. And I THINK she may still have one color of this style as a group gift. (They have WEEKLY group gifts!) So if you have not heard of A&A hair…now is the time! What are you waiting for?

There are a couple of jewelry designers in SL that are my favs…and this is one of them. I absolutely ADORE her stuff. When I am looking for jewelry that would be just like the jewelry I would wear in RL….Ear Candy is the first place I look. Her prices are some of the most reasonable on the grid….and I love the fact that it is not unusual for her to throw a matching pair of really well made shoes in with the set, in her 60L Sunday sales.

The look was topped off (as usual) with lashes by Redgrave and nails (with matching rings) by PurpleMoon. Nails are not her specialty, but I have not seen anything yet that she is not AMAZING at. She is definitely one of those places you want to give a coveted group slot to! She has BEAUTIFUL group gifts and good weekly sales too!

I could not end this post without telling you WHERE I found my peeps at! Peeps were never one of my favorite Easter candies…but they are SOOOO cute…and so when I saw that Adorkable Poses was giving them away as a gift I HAD to grab them and find a place to use them…..FAST! They have some of the CUTEST props!

So…HAPPY EASTER to all! I hope every one has (or had….I know this post is kinda pushing it) a wonderful, blessed Holiday! 2011 has been really good to me thus far. I hope you TOO have had a good year and I am looking forward to the rest of the year, as we build this metaverse we all love. And in case I have not told you….you guys are really amazing! I cannot tell you how many times V and I set back and marvel at all the cool things you guys build and blog….each one of you is SO talented and we are proud to call you friends.
