I have been waiting to blog this for quite a while…just something I have had in my head and then it would happen that SL made things hard for me and taking pictures was TERRIBLE. SO…here is the last set of pics that did not turn out too well. Again….I apologize, but I STILL LOVE SO MANY things about this look. I hope the goodness of it will still shine through!
STYLING NOTES
*Undershirt: Izzie’s – Basic Longsleeve Shirt nectarine (Izzie has come out with a WONDERFUL set of longsleeve shirts AND a set of low cut T’s in 4 different sets of colors to go along with the seasons. This one is nectarine and is from the summer season of her longsleeve shirts. These shirts are a wardrobe basic and would be a welcome addition to any inventory!)
Hairbase: Analog Dog (AD) – hair base – sun (This set of hairbases is free at Analog Dog! You can never have to many hairbases and since Underscore does not currently have a set, I looked around to find one that I liked for this particular hair. Analog Dog was perfect!)
Pants: *BOOM* – Fall Tweeds II (mustard) (I bought these pants quite some time ago at Collabor88 and have been waiting for the perfect thing to pair them with. I thought the blazer from even.flow was perfect. The texturing in the pants is lovely…kinda makes me wish I had bought a couple of pairs of them in neutral tones to keep in my inventory. They are really LOVELY!!)
Purse: (No longer available. It was a prior item from Azoury who is no longer in SL. I know…I know….it makes me sad too…)
*Blazer: even.flow – Belted Blazer black M (I had to wear the blazer a littler larger than I like to fit it over the mesh pants, but I still thought it was adorable. I hope you can see the nice pattern on the blazer in the closeup shot. It is really lovely.)
*Jewelry: Ear Candy ~ Geo Earrings & Geo Necklace (These items were available at the Car Wash. Even though that event is now over, it would still be worth a visit to the Ear Candy mainstore to see if they are still available for purchase. The 4 different pieces that comprise the main part of the necklace and earrings can be color changed in sets of twos making it a really nice set to have in your inventory…going with almost everything you wear! I considered making it an orange and black set, but was afraid that would look too much like Halloween. So I went with straight black instead, but the set can be color changed.)
Glasses: Pure Poison (PP) – Mabelle Mesh Glasses – Red (I don’t know what has gotten into me lately, but glasses, hats and bags are something that I just cannot seem to get enough of! These glasses are SO cute. I hope you can get a good look at them from the closeup shot. It looks like the bottom of them have been cut off, leaving them to set ever so gently at the top of your cheeks! I just love them! They come in a bunch of colors and are reasonably priced.)
Lashes: Glow Studio Lashes Italia (sweet)
Shoes: [HANDverk] – Rose Pump.moss (I too, bought these shoes a while back from Collabor88 and ADORED them from the moment I saw them. They are SOOOOO cute. I know the pic does not show it well, but at the back of the pointed little stiletto, is a moss green rose, sitting on the heel and the heel itself is a stem from a rose….SOOOOOO cute. I loved this color too. I know it is a little “fall-ish” but I am just LOVING the orange palette this year and hoping it will carry over to spring and summer!)
*Hair: [Underscore] – Roll-On Hair (When I saw this hair from Underscore I could not WAIT to find just the right look for it. I wanted something that would normally be very conservative and then plop this CUTE little unusual bun on top of it! I LOVE this color of red that comes in the basic set and LOVE the fact that the hair uses a color change HUD, giving my inventory some room to grow!)
*Skin: Izzie’s – Harlow Skin sunkissed RB CL, Harlow Moles ( I love this skin from Izzie’s. It seems to have a slight red tint to it that just makes it perfect for redheads…and of course, it is from Izzie, so it HAS to be beautiful!)
*Eyes: IKON Eternal Eyes – Mesa (L)
