The water gently lapped at their faces as she lay against him looking at his beautiful face.  The sun seemed to shine through the windows just right, giving him an angelic appearance.  He was HER angel after all.  She always took pictures when they were together.  It was like EVERY moment needed to be preserved.  Each one was SO special and meant so much to her.  He seemed to have a way of building their homes so that they always had the best views, making their picture taking even easier.  She giggled softly as she remembered….he WAS the architect, after all.  She felt his warm hands run up and down her wet body leaving little trails of goose bumps.  Looking at his sleepy eyes she said:

[2010/02/12 16:05]  El Firecaster: I know it is getting late for you, love.

Vanish Firecaster: Mmmh.  Somewhat, but it feels so good here right now.

El Firecaster smiles…. mmmm

Vanish Firecaster: I’m so comfortable with you.

El Firecaster rubs the sides of his torso under the water, gently kissing his chest.

Vanish Firecaster: MMmmh.

El Firecaster whispers in his ear…I love you so much, ***….I TOO am grateful for what we have here and now, love.  And for all that we share.

Vanish Firecaster smiles…..Thank you.

[2010/02/12 16:08]  El Firecaster kisses him softly, lingering…letting the water lap at their faces.

She still giggled to herself as she thought of the things he had shared with her earlier and how funny they were.  It seemed that things were SO easy for them.  It was SO easy to just BE.  They could laugh and cry and touch and yes….even just lay there and be quiet together and have it ALL seem SO right.  The water gently lulled her senses as she thought of the pictures he had given her the time before.  She was SO pleased that he had shown them to her, and had felt comfortable enough to share them.  She would never give him reason to hide from her.  She LOVED him….ALL of him.  She reveled in the things he found pleasing and shared the same thoughts and feelings.  And as she thought of how much she wanted and desired him, he once again grabbed her and gave her that which she so diligently sought.

The warm water rocked them back and forth, putting them both to sleep.  She could feel his slow breathing and knew his eyes were closed.  She slowly turned over and kissed his sleepy lips….”Life’s not fair.” he said to her.  No, it was not.  But hers was good.  And while she pondered the “unfairness” of it all, she knew that only her good “friend” TIME could change that.  And who knew if she would?  But it was good to know that HE had the same thought.  That meant more to her than the reality of it all.  That at least he KNEW and he felt like she did.  In the meantime, she was going to enjoy what she had.  She would not miss the here and now…for the up and coming.  The here and now, was more than she could have ever hoped for and she had learned to be content with all things….sometimes TOO much so.  And so she reached for her camera placing it close by, ready to chronicle the times they shared.  And she wondered…..what photographs were still yet to come?
