Yes.  I am one of “them”.  You know….the ones that don’t celebrate Halloween.  It has never been a favorite holiday of mine, even as a child I did not care for it too much.  BUT…I have to admit…this holiday season I have been REALLY surprised at the BOOtiful (sorry….I had to do it) gowns and Halloween wear that is out this season! Some of the very BEST outfits that I have seen this season, come to us from Purple Moon, one of which is currently a free group gift.  And if you are not a member of the PurpleMoon Group, then you NEED to be.  There IS a group joiner fee, but it is WELL worth the fee.  I KNOW…I KNOW…I have been talked into joining groups before by people saying that SAME phrase to me…and I believed them.  I guess what they mean by “being worth it” is an occasional reduction in the price of their latest release or an OCCASIONAL free release.  But PurpleMoon has FREQUENT FREE group gifts and some of them are the NICEST gowns I have seen!  And the current group gift is a SEXY little devil outfit that is SO sexy that even *I* would wear it for Halloween!!! I know the store is in the process of moving right now, but they will reopen on the 28th …so check out the NEW store then, join the group while you are there and be the SEXIEST devil on the grid this season! I HOPE that you can see the details incorporated into the gown featured in this post.  It is a beautiful flowing ball gown that would be worthy of any fancy dance, low cut with beautiful ruffles along the upper arms a scale-like insert that runs down the front of the dress and black and gold bows/flowers that go down the skirt of the dress…SOOOOO pretty…until you get to the bottom andthe bows turn into skulls….LOTS of black and gold skulls…with candelabras coming out the bottom of the skirt with lit candles in them.  And if you look hard enough…you find golden skeleton arms coming out of the dress with bony hands reaching up into the air!!!  The whole look is topped off with a lovely set of golden tipped horns!  It is TRULY a breathtaking dress! The candles coming from the dress are lit and they give off a glow that leads up to the face, making it a little hard to show the true coloring of the skin I am wearing.  I tried to take a pic with no shadows for the close up view to hopefully show it off a little better.  But what you see me wearing here is a new release from Akeruka called Nora Vampire Skin and is currently available at The Dressing Room Blue (this session started on the 12th of this month…so it will not be at TDRB much longer, although I am sure you can find it for regular price at the Akeruka mainstore.)  It is a nice fantasy skin that would be perfect for your Halloween needs. I know that with such a huge, lovely ball gown you often have no need for shoes, especially when just taking pics, but as I was going through the almost EIGHTY shops at the Hottie Cooterati’s Cinema event, I found THE most perfect shoes!  They are from EzuraXue and ARE LOVELY!!!!  They are totally lace covered with a lacy ruffled top and the heel and soles of the shoes are color change…and you KNOW how I LOVE color change!  The shoes also come in a red and a white pair and I may have to run back to the Cinema and grab those before it closes on the 31st of this month.  EzuraXue was a new experience for me and it was located in the Horror part of the Cinema, so unfortunatley I cannot tell you if they ONLY sell fantasy/horror/goth type clothing…but WOW!  Some of the gowns and outfits they had for sale were had AMAZING creations…AND reasonably priced.  Sometimes a duo that is hard to find! There are a couple of other things that I MUST mention to finish up this look.  The jewelry, nails included, are from WTG jewelers.  The PurpleMoon gown COMES WITH a set of “claws” that are really nice, but these nails are SO nicely done and added a bit of color to the outfit that I thought was needed.  And the earrings and necklace are SO cute.  This set is the October group gift from WTG…ANOTHER store that deserves a coveted spot in your groups.   WTG continues to come up with some of THE BEST jewelry on the grid…all season long! Speaking of the best of the grid…the eyes in this post are one of a set of 13 different colored Witches eyes from IKON.  I know Halloween will be done and over soon  but this set is really a “must have” for all of your fantasy looks to come.  Again…take a look at Ikon’s Kaleido Eyes while you are at the shop.  EVERY set of eyes that Ikon does are incredible.  But there is just something about the Kaleido Eyes that truly look as though they are catching the light and you can see a glimmer every now and then.  There are 3 packs and a couple of individual eyes and they are ALL worth your Lindens!  Be sure and check them out!
