In case you have not heard, Ever an Angel has had a recent Grand Opening of a new store.  And I must say…the store is LOVELY….so lovely in fact that I decided to take pictures there!  It is SO very elegant and chock full of beautiful clothing.

Ever an Angel has a large selection of beautiful gowns, cocktail type dresses and casual clothing.  As you walk through the store you cannot help but notice things that have been beautifully textured, including this, Calliope, my favorite gown. (Just to let you know…after editing the pics I took at Ever an Angel I noticed an unusual shadow on the lower portion of the front of the gown.  This was a shadow from the surrounding foliage and is NOT that way on the dress)

While Ever an Angel certainly has a large selection of ballroom type gowns there was just something about this mermaid silhouette that caught my eye.  It is done in several BEAUTIFUL jewel tones and this one in aqua and pink just grabbed my eye.  It has a hint of a train and an ample derrière!  It certainly reminded me of something that I would see walk down the red carpet!  And the best thing of all…it is mesh, of course!!!

I had to pair it with this long, flowing vintage hairstyle from Elikatira.  I love the way it falls over one eye and gently drapes over my shoulder!  It reminds me of the old school glamour that was once so popular in Hollywood.   And just to add a touch along the neckline I included an antique blossom pearl necklace from Addiction with matching earrings.

To complete this look I used the recent Virgo Skin from Essences.  This skin is no longer available at the Zodiac event, as we have obviously moved on to another month/Zodiac sign, but there IS another LOVELY Essences skin available for the Libra round at the Zodiac event and the Virgo skin IS available at the Essences main store.
