There are so many things about this post that I just LOVE that I could not help but take a few minutes to talk about it! I guess the first and most significant thing I want to share with you, is my new found love for The Sea Hole. I have become aquainted with The Sea Hole through Collabor88. Each month I look forward to seeing if The Sea Hole will have something new to offer at the event for 88L. I must admit, most months I buy what I find there, even tho I rarely have time to blog it all, but I cannot resist!….SOOOOOO…When I saw a 50L sale from the Sea Hole come across my Seraphim feed, I knew I was going to be spending a LOT of Lindens!
The Sea Hole recently moved and before doing so, they had a sale where one of every color of each item in the store was on sale for 50 Lindens!!! O M G!!! I have to shout out a special “THANK YOU” to my precious husband for giving me a TON of Lindens to spend! I must say I put them to GOOD use! So here you have just a couple of looks from The Sea Hole! If you are not familiar with them, they have a kind of relaxed style that I find greatly refreshing, although they DO also have an occasional cocktail dress thrown in there for good measure! They do not make a TON of shoes, but both looks that you see here came with matching “boots” and I LIKE the fact that they will on occasion have shoes or accessories to “match” their outfits. I DID buy almost EVERYTHING they had on sale! I had hoped to be able to get this post out before the sale ended, but at least I can let you know how awesome they are and you can stop by there to see for yourself!
Each look has hair made by Alli & Ali Hair, one of my favorite makers of hair on the grid! The first look is a long straight do named Fianna. It has a braid along the top and to the side, giving it the look of a possible “rebel”! When I started putting this look together I immediately thought of this outfit from The Sea Hole and this skin from YS & YS. It is amazing how different some hair and a skin will make you look, huh? Vanish even had to ask me if that was ME when he saw the pictures!
I knew I needed some unusual jewelry to go with this look and I instantly thought of this set from WTG jewelers. I remember when this dragon set first came out! I even bought one for Vanish, but I had not realized that Tosy had also created an AMAZING set of nails to go with it AND an incredible lens piece that is just BEYOND cool! I hope you can see it in the pic, but if not, be sure and stop by WTG to take a look at the set which includes an earclip and a couple of different necklaces and armbands that can be unisex as well!
The second look also has a lovely skirt set with matching cowboy boots from The Sea Hole, with ADORABLE curly hair named Riha from Alli and Ali. The jewelery set is from Addiction and includes a choker, a necklace, earrings and a bracelet. Most of Addiction’s jewelry is SO delicate and “airy” so I was pleasantly surprised to find this set from them that was a little “heavier” and being tanzanite, matched my skirt set perfectly. The skin is “Elena” from Izzie’s and I must admit, I am SOOOO honored to have such a beautiful skin bearing my name! All of Izzie’s skins are so young and fresh looking and come with tons of options, including eyeshadows, lipsticks and a matching glove, for those of us that LOVE prim nails. And speaking of prim nails, Izzie has recently released 2 sets of “gradient” nails, one metallic and one just a regular gradient and they are SOOOOO cute! Each set comes with a HUD that provides FORTY different colors to choose from…and being a gradient, many of them start as one color and end up as another! They are just TOO cute and quite reasonably priced!
